Next Adult Tri Swim Clinic Friday, Feb. 24th

EVO is hosting another adult tri swim clinic Friday, February 24th from 6:15 to 7:15pm and 7:15 to 8:15pm (if needed) at EVO Swim School in Gilbert.

Just $20 for an hour session that will cover techniques to help you breathe and swim more efficiently in the water. Great for beginners who are new to swimming and need to improve their stroke to compete in a triathlon.

This will also be our first phase 2 clinic for those who have already been through phase one or for those who feel they are more experienced swimmers. Phase two will focus more on mechanics than body position, plus leverage on the water, and flip turns.

Masters Adult Swim Groups. Let’s Get Fit!

Our Masters Adult Swim Groups are a great way to get the best coaching in a group setting with other adults just like you. We help triathletes become more efficient swimmers or anyone who just wants to stay in shape.

Getting and staying fit along with lots of technique work are the central focus of each workout. We have groups swimming at two different pools in the east valley so get up early and start your day off right!

GILBERT JR. HIGH POOL
Cost: $38 per month
Coach Patrick Tolson

5:15 – 6:15 a.m. Monday – Friday
12:00 – 1:00 p.m. Tuesday / Thursday (temporarily suspended)

QUEEN CREEK POOL
Cost: $40 per month
Coach Bob Chen & Caleb Stodghill

5:30 – 6:30 a.m. Monday – Thursday
9:00 – 11:00 a.m. Saturday (white board workout)

We also offer a $5 punch pass. You must purchase 10 visits at a time (they are non refundable) for those who only want to swim once or twice per week.

On September 6th the EVO Swim School put on the first annual Jr. Olympics. This event was held for our students to experience the thrill of a swimming race, celebrate the success of the USA Olympic Swim Team and give everyone an opportunity to just party with us! We are happy to report that over 100 swimmers participated in the swim races along with over 300 family and friends who enjoyed the carnival games and the Gilbert fire truck. We all had a great time as evident from the pictures below…
