Evo Swim School

EVO Swim School is pleased to announce that Bryce Williams, age 5 has graduated from the Seal class level. He is now considered a proficient back yard swimmer with the ability to swim three widths of our pool (30 yards total) with a strong kick and great breath control. Bryce can also jump from the side, get a breath on his back, and return to the side of the pool as a safety habit. He will be moving to the Sea Lion class to receive an introduction to the freestyle stroke with an emphasis placed on “big arms”. On behalf of Bryce’s instructor, John, and the entire EVO Swim School staff, we say…CONGRATULATIONS!

EVO Swim School is pleased to announce that Armando Ybarra, age 7, has graduated from the Porpoise class level. He has learned to swim a proper freestyle stroke with the side breathing technique and backstroke. He is now ready for the Dolphin class where he will learn breaststroke and butterfly. On behalf Of Armando’s instructor, Matt, and the entire EVO Swim School staff, we say… CONGRATULATIONS!

EVO Swim School is pleased to announce that Ryan Gando, age 1, has graduated from the Pufferfish (parent/tot) class level. Ryan was given an introduction to the water which included back floats, kicking, and under water passes (not to mention great bonding time with mom and dad). Ryan is ready to advance to the Otter class which is a group lesson of only four children. In this class he will learn how to swim independently in the water. On behalf of Ryan’s instructor, Ben, and the entire EVO Swim School staff, we say… CONGRATULATIONS!

EVO Swim School is pleased to announce that David Klinkhamer, age 9, has graduated from the Dolphin class level. David can now display the basics of all four competitive swimming strokes (freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, and butterfly). David has completed the EVO Swim School curriculum for group lessons and is ready for our Advanced Stroke class. Advanced Stroke classes swim the length of our pool and receive an introduction to the swim team environment. Here he will learn how to turn on the wall, read a pace clock, and perform new drills with fins on his feet. She will be moving to the Seal class to perfect her kicking skills and improved breath control in order to be a great backyard swimmer.
