This is Rachael Yu, age 7, and Ruth Li, age 12. They are both graduates of the Sea Lion class level at EVO Swim School. They have worked very hard and learned their skills quickly. Rachael completed the Sea Lion level in only a couple of weeks! Ruth worked very hard on her freestyle arms and backstroke and also progressed quickly. Congratulations to both!
This is Sebastian Castillo-Sotelo. He has graduated from the Otter class level at EVO Swim School. We are please to say that he can now swim independently in the water! Sebastian came a long way and was hesitant to put his face in the water at first. Now he is a real pro. He can hold his breath, kick and roll on his back all by himself. Great job Sebastian!
This is Matthew Kienitz, age 5. He is now an Otter graduate at EVO Swim School. We are excited for him to be swimming independently in the water. His instructor, Jennifer, worked hard to get him comfortable on his back but together they did it! Jennifer said that Matthew just kept trying until he figured it out. We are excited to have him move up to the Seal level. Congratulations Matthew!
This is Catherine Xia, age 6. She has passed off the requirements of the Dolphin class level at EVO Swim School. Catherine now knows the basics of all four competitive strokes. When asked what she liked about her class she said, “I liked the way Lorraine taught us. She was really nice to the entire class”. Lorraine had mutual feelings toward Catherine saying how much she enjoyed seeing Catherine’s smile and work ethic each week. Congratulations Catherine!
This is Marianne Kim, age 12, & Kevin Kim, age 10. Together they graduated from the Sea Lion class at EVO Swim School. Marianne’s instructor, Brittney, said that she was awesome to work with and very eager to learn. Kevin’s instructor, Lorraine, said, “look out world, here comes Kevin!” They both did a great job and we expect they will continue doing great things in and out of the pool!
This is Charly Hallsted, age 5. She has graduated from the Seal class at EVO Swim School. When asked what she liked the most about her class, Charly said, “I like rolling over on my back”. Her instructor, David, was impressed with how quickly Charly picked up on the skills and progressed. “She was a real hot shot in this class and a good little swimmer.” Congratulations Charly!
This is Miriam Martinez, age 8. She is now a graduate of the Otter class at EVO Swim School! Miriam can now swim independently in the water. She also discovered the joy of “hippo surfing” at the end of each class. She said that Allison was a really nice instructor to the whole class. Allison said, “Miriam is a sweet girl and the example for the other kids in class”. Congratulations Miriam!
This is Rebekah Drake, age 9. She is now a graduate of the Sea Lion class at EVO Swim School! When asked what she enjoyed about the class, Rebekah replied, “I love swimming with my instructor Allison”. Allison was flattered and commented, “I am proud of Rebekah and how far she has come.” When they first started together Rebekah wouldn’t even put her face in the water and now she is moving on to learn the competitive strokes. Congratulations Rebekah!
This is Anastasia Thran, age 4. We are pleased to announce Anastasia has graduated from the Seal class level. We assume she was also pleased because when we asked her how she felt about passing off the requirements she was speechless. Her instructor Lorraine, said, “Anastasia is quite but eager to learn. She is going to make an awesome Sea Lion at EVO Swim School!” Congratulations Anastasia!
This is Evan Hearty, age 7. Evan has completed the requirements for the Porpoise class. He was taking lessons to freshen up his strokes for summer swim team and we hope EVO Swim School has given him the boost he was looking for. Evan’s instructor, David, commented on how he came a long way on his side breathing techniques. “His backstroke was looking really great as well – he should do well this summer.” As you can see Evan and David got along just fine and like to joke around some as well. Congratulations Evan!
