Evo Swim School

EVO Swim School is pleased to announce that Joshua Leo, age 6 has graduated from the Dolphin class level. Joshua can now display the basics of all four competitive swimming strokes (freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, and butterfly). Joshua has completed the EVO Swim School curriculum for group lessons and is ready for our Advanced Stroke class. Advanced Stroke classes swim the length of our pool and receive an introduction to a swim team environment. Here he will learn how to turn on the wall, read a pace clock, and perform new drills with fins on his feet. On behalf of Jashua’s instructor, Kelly, and the entire EVO Swim School staff, we say… CONGRATULATIONS Jashua!

EVO Swim School is pleased to announce that Josh MacDonald, age 3 has graduated from the Otter class level. He can now swim independently from the wall to the instructor and roll on his back for a security breath. He will be moving to the Seal class to perfect his kicking skills with improved breath control. On behalf of Josh’s instructor, David, and the entire EVO Swim School staff, we say…CONGRATULATIONS Josh!

EVO Swim School is pleased to announce that Dayne Kovac, age 4 has graduated from the Seal class level. He is now considered a proficient back yard swimmer with the ability to swim three widths of our pool (30 yards total) with a strong kick and great breath control. Dayne can also jump from the side, get a breath on his back, and return to the side of the pool as a habit of safety. He will be moving to the Sea Lion class to receive an introduction to the freestyle stroke with an emphasis placed on “big arms”. EVO Swim School is pleased to announce that Austin Silveira, age 7 has graduated from the Porpoise class level. He has learned to swim a proper freestyle stroke with the side breathing technique and backstroke. He is now ready for the Dolphin class where he will learn breaststroke and butterfly. EVO Swim School is pleased to announce that Addison Haddock, age 2 has graduated from the Pufferfish (parent/tot) class level. Addison was given an introduction to the water which included back floats, kicking, songs, and under water passes (not to mention great bonding time with mom and dad). Addison is ready to advance to the Otter class which is a group lesson of only three children. In this class she will learn how to swim independently in the water. EVO Swim School is pleased to announce that Nathan MacDonald, age 4 has graduated from the Sea Lion class level. He can now display the ability to swim a basic freestyle stroke (otherwise known as “big arms”) while taking a breath on his back. He is prepared for the Porpoise class where he will learn the freestyle side breathing technique and backstroke.
