Evo Swim School

EVO Swim School is pleased to announce that PJ Slenders, age 7, has graduated from the Dolphin class level. PJ can now display the basics of all four competitive swimming strokes (freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, and butterfly). PJ has completed the EVO Swim School curriculum for group lessons and is ready for our Advanced Stroke class. Advanced Stroke classes swim the length of our pool and receive an introduction to the swim team environment. Here he will learn how to turn on the wall, read a pace clock, and perform new drills with fins on his feet. On behalf of PJ’s instructor, Kelly, and the entire EVO Swim School staff, we say… CONGRATULATIONS!

EVO Swim School is pleased to announce that Anniah Dawson, age 2, has graduated from the Pufferfish (parent/tot) class level. Anniah was given an introduction to the water which included back floats, kicking, and under water passes (not to mention great bonding time with mom and dad). Anniah is ready to advance to the Otter class which is a group lesson of only three children. In this class she will learn how to swim independently in the water. EVO Swim School is pleased to announce that Sophie Ivy, age 6, has graduated from the Sea Lion class level. She can now display the ability to swim a basic freestyle stroke (otherwise known as “big arms”) while taking a breath on her back. She is prepared for the Porpoise class where she will learn the freestyle side breathing technique and backstroke. On behalf of Sophie’s instructor, Kelly, and the entire EVO Swim School staff, we say…CONGRATULATIONS!

EVO Swim School is pleased to announce that Megan Wastchak, age 5, has graduated from the Dolphin class level. EVO Swim School is pleased to announce that Samantha Speroni, age 12, has graduated from the Porpoise class level. She has learned to swim a proper freestyle stroke with the side breathing technique and backstroke. She is now ready for the Dolphin class where she will learn breaststroke and butterfly. On behalf Of Samantha’s instructor, Tyler, and the entire EVO Swim School staff, we say… CONGRATULATIONS!

EVO Swim School is pleased to announce that Madeline Beals, age 6 has graduated from the Seal class level. She is now considered a proficient back yard swimmer with the ability to swim three widths of our pool (30 yards total) with a strong kick and great breath control. Madeline can also jump from the side, get a breath on her back, and return to the side of the pool as a safety habit. She will be moving to the Sea Lion class to receive an introduction to the freestyle stroke with an emphasis placed on “big arms”.
