Sameera Kristipati Age 6 Otter Graduate
EVO Swim School is pleased to announce that Sameera Kristipati, age 6, has graduated from the Pufferfish (parent/tot) class level. Sameera was given an introduction to the water which included back floats, kicking, and under water passes (not to mention great bonding time with mom and dad). Sameera is ready to advance to the Otter class which is a group lesson of only four children. In this class she will learn how to swim independently in the water. EVO Swim School is pleased to announce that Nived Ambadipudi, Age 7 has graduated from the Sea Lion class level. He can now display the ability to swim a basic freestyle stroke (otherwise known as “big arms”) while taking a breath on his back. He is prepared for the Porpoise class where he will learn the freestyle side breathing technique and backstroke. EVO Swim School is pleased to announce that Nikki Edick, Age 9, has graduated from the Dolphin class level. Nikki can now display the basics of all four competitive swimming strokes (freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, and butterfly). Nikki has completed the EVO Swim School curriculum for group lessons and is ready for our Advanced Stroke class. Advanced Stroke classes swim the length of our pool and receive an introduction to the swim team environment. Here she will learn how to turn on the wall, read a pace clock, and perform new drills with fins on her feet. EVO Swim School is pleased to announce that Nathan Brown, age 3 has graduated from the Otter class level. He can now swim independently from the wall to the instructor and roll on his back for a security breath. He will be moving to the Seal class to perfect his kicking skills and improved breath control in order to be a great backyard swimmer.
